High-Density EPP Board
Constructed from premium, high-density expanded polypropylene (EPP) with a rugged internal structural frame. Virtually ding-proof, absorbs impacts, and is highly resistant to shore scrapes and scratches.
The Modular EVO Ecosystem
Like all models in the Flyer EVO family, the Lite is completely modular. As your riding skills progress over time, you can upgrade any of your parts—including switching to larger wings, longer masts, or higher-performance propulsion units—without ever needing to purchase a new board!

Assembly & Torque Specifications
- Mast to Board / Propulsion: 2x M6x20 Bolts (5-10 N.m)
- Front Wing Mount: 3x M6x35 Bolts (5-10 N.m)
- Stabilizer Wing Mount: 2x M6x20 Bolts (5-10 N.m)
- Hex Key Storage: Hidden inside the rubber plug in the board's battery compartment compartment!
Flight Control & Remote Safety
- Trigger Safety Autolock: Remote throttle automatically locks if left idle for 7 seconds. Press & hold "-" button for 1 second to unlock.
- Smart Flight Assist (Plus Models): Uses bottom altimeter sensors to auto-stabilize. Toggle in remote menu to select Low, Medium, or High altitudes.
- LCD Dashboard Info: Displays real-time speed, remote/battery charge, GPS strength, and inclination angle (tilt degree).
Smart Powerflight Battery Care
- Power On/Off: Tap once with the magnetic wrist-strap key for 3 seconds. Keep magnet close (within 1cm) until progress bar completes.
- Rotary Lock Safety: Turn rotary locks 90° clockwise. Operating the battery un-locked causes seawater entry, electrical corrosion, and terminal damage.
- Storage & Temperature: For storage >1 month, maintain at 40-60% charge. Charging will not start below 10°C (50°F) or above 45°C (113°F).
Post-Ride Maintenance & Care
- ESC Cooling Cabin: Rinse with clean fresh water after each use to prevent salt or shellfish corrosion.
- DC Ports & Terminals: Check monthly. Use an alcohol cotton swab to gently clean positive and negative terminals to prevent oxidation.
- Ocean Rinsing: Clean all components with fresh water for 1 minute post-ride. Store in dry, cool conditions away from direct sunlight.
